#AccelerateAction: International Women's Day 2025
Our people are the driving force behind Probe Group, delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients and their customers every day.
This year for International Women’s Day, we’re recognising some of our exceptional talent and asking what International Women’s Day and #AccelerateAction means to them.

Devine Hilario: From agent to people experience champion
Devine’s 14-year career at Probe Group is a testament to the perseverance and passion she brings to her role every day. Her dedication and true grit propelled Devine from call centre agent to team leader, into operations, and now to her position in People Experience as People Business Partner Manager.
Devine believes in empowering people to be the best they can be, embodying one of Probe Group’s values: respect and empathy for all. She shared this advice for people taking action to elevate others in their careers:
Spend time supporting and encouraging others to help build up their confidence to take on new opportunities. For women in particular, it’s important to amplify their voices by giving them a platform to share thoughts and ideas.
In the same vein, Devine’s pledge for IWD 2025 states:
I pledge to actively and continuously amplify women's voices by providing insights on breaking biases and fostering inclusive conversations, to continue to support women-owned businesses and promote discussions in workplace equity, leadership opportunities and fair treatment.

Rachelle Tan: Building a Salesforce legacy
As Innovior’s Salesforce Capability Lead, Rachelle joined the team three years ago with the ambitious task of building a Salesforce practice from the ground up. Starting with just three consultants, she has successfully grown the team and established a thriving practice.
Despite the challenges faced with building something from scratch, Rachelle emphasised that having an exceptional team with a collaborative spirit, like the team at Innovior made it all possible.
For International Women’s Day, Rachelle reflects on progress, acknowledging historical struggles and commits to a more equitable future. For Rachelle, #AccelerateAction means moving beyond awareness to tangible steps for change:
It means that simply acknowledging the need for gender equality is no longer enough. It's a call to move beyond awareness and into active, tangible steps to create change. It empowers individuals to take ownership of their role in driving change. It's not just about governments or organisations; everyone has a part to play.
My pledge to #AccelerateAction is to actively challenge gender bias in my daily interactions. I will speak up when I see inequality and I will mentor and support women in my field to help them reach their full potential.

Sarika Mhaske: Driving success through support and mentorship
Based in India, Sakira has more than 15 years of IT industry experience and has spent five of these years contributing to Probe India's success.
As a remote worker, Sarika identifies the supportive culture and numerous opportunities she's received to work on diverse projects as key to her success and a requirement for elevating women in their careers.
Mentorship and active participation in diversity and inclusion initiatives are crucial for #AccelerateAction. I celebrate IWD by connecting with friends and family, contributing to a strong community, said Sakira.
Her pledge to #AccelerateAction is to “actively challenge gender bias in daily interactions, speak up against inequality and mentor women in her field.”
