Our social initiatives, projects and programs
Creating positive change in Springfield
My Room Children's Cancer Charity initiative
We partner with My Room Children's Cancer Charity for their annual AFL Footy Show telethon. Probe Group provides contact centre infrastructure and volunteers to assist with live donation calls, raising critical funds to support children battling cancer. In 2024, over 100 Probe Group volunteers helped raise a record-breaking $5.2 million in vital funds.
Brigada Eskwela program
An annual school maintenance program in the Philippines that aims to prepare schools for the upcoming school year. During this time, volunteers come together to conduct various activities such as painting classrooms and cleaning school grounds to create a conducive and welcoming learning environment for students. In 2024, over 60 volunteers from Probe Group participated in Brigada Eskwela at San Juan Elementary School in Tingloy, Batangas.
Balik Eskwela "Back to School" program
An annual program in the Philippines that aims to provide underprivileged students with the necessary school supplies to ensure their success in the upcoming academic year. Probe Group actively participates, having equipped 1,600 students with school kits including essential items such as notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons and other learning materials in 2024.
Typhoon support initiatives
Recognising the devastating impact of typhoons in the Philippines, Probe Group actively participates in disaster relief efforts. We partner with the Philippine Business for Social Progress to provide support to communities affected by these natural disasters. In 2024, our teams demonstrated their compassion by raising US$6,000 and distributing 57 supply packs to families impacted by typhoons.
Recipe for change program
A community initiative supported by Uniting WA, a community services organisation that assists thousands of West Australians experiencing hardship. Uniting WA provides vital support to individuals and families facing challenges such as domestic violence, homelessness, mental illness and disability. Probe Group employees have participated in this program to understand these pressing issues and prepare meals that will directly benefit the service users.
Fuel for school program
Probe Group partnered with Integrated Family and Youth Services (IFYS) to support the Fuel for School program. Recognising the importance of a healthy breakfast for children's learning, the program provides nutritious meals to ensure students are ready to learn. IFYS offers a wide range of support services to children, young people, and families across Queensland, Australia.
FareShare non-profit kitchen initiative
Recognizing the critical need for accessible and nutritious meals, Probe Group employees have volunteered their time with FareShare, a leading non-profit kitchen. By assisting in meal production, our employees directly contributed to providing vital support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, poverty and food insecurity across Victoria, Australia.
Set-Up pre-employment program
Probe Group supports the Set-Up Pre-Employment Program offered by Southern Youth and Family Services (SYFS). This program assists young people aged 15 to 24 with personal development, skills training and individual support.
Supporting Indigenous communities
Probe Group is deeply committed to supporting Indigenous Australians and their communities. We believe in respecting cultural heritage, promoting economic empowerment and fostering educational opportunities.Through partnerships with various organisations, we aim to contribute to a brighter future for Indigenous Australians.




Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee
Probe Group has established a dedicated CSR Committee comprising key personnel from various departments, including finance, legal, people, quality, safety, facilities and procurement. This diverse representation ensures valuable input from across the Group is considered in shaping our CSR strategy.
The CSR Committee is responsible for developing and overseeing our CSR framework, setting and monitoring CSR objectives and targets and presenting relevant matters to the Probe Group Board for review and approval.
