The AI risk and ethics committee plays a crucial role in overseeing the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI within the group. This committee holds meetings to discuss and address ethical considerations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guide the responsible use of AI with the implementation of Probe Group’s digital strategy.

Training and awareness

We are committed to fostering a culture of compliance and ethical behavior. To this end, we conduct regular training programs for all employees on key areas such as integrity and compliance, information security, cybersecurity awareness, privacy, modern slavery and workplace safety and conduct.
